Narendra Dwivedi (Patron), Ex-Principal,
Brahmanand College, Kanpur with cooperation
of his family members Dr. Vivek Dwivedi,
Dr. Preeti Dwivedi, Prof. Archana Pandey,
Dr. Alka Dwivedi, Dr. Arbind Pandey, Dr.
S. K. Dwivedi and other relatives and friends
constituted managing society in the name
of his Pujya mother Late Smt. Gurah Devi
and established this institution after the
name of his wife Smt. Sarla Dwivedi. Smt.
Gurah Devi and Smt. Sarla Dwivedi developed
this reputed and known Dwivedi Family of
District Kanpur and Kanpur Dehat at the
top level in higher education of U.P. |

Highway-02, Sarla Dwivedi College, Akbarpur,
Kanpur Dehat was established on Jan 23,
2007, Basant Panchami, the day of Godess
Saraswati. |

college building is of high quality and
decorated having Principal Room, Administrative
Room, Staff room, Common rooms with attached
toilets and bathrooms fitted with wall and
floor tiles. Varandah, stairs, ICT lab are
furnished with wall tiles, vitrified floor
tiles and stones. Rooms are well equipped
